- Account assignment and posting of all business transactions for our companies (general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets accounting)
- Preparation of annual and monthly financial statements for our companies in accordance with HGB and tax law, including account reconciliation and account clarification
- Preparation and submission of domestic and foreign tax returns
- Contact person for accounting questions in day-to-day business
- Preparing and checking analyses and reporting them to the management
- Processing of payment transactions
- Close and trusting co-operation with tax consultants, auditors, banks, etc.
- Participation in the development, description and optimisation of accounting processes

- Successfully completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), a completed degree with a focus on taxes, or further training as a certified accountant (m/f/d) or tax specialist (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in the tax sector in an internationally operating company
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (Comarch ERP), DATEV, Lexware, and MS Office (especially Excel), as well as a high degree of openness to new systems such as AI
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Strong language skills German at C1 level - and English at B1 level. What matters most is confident communication in both languages, in writing and speaking
