Facility Manager (m/f/d)

This is a key role within a growing scale-up, where you will not only ensure operations run smoothly but also actively drive their development.
You will take responsibility for an entire campus and shape how it operates.

  • Technical management of a modern corporate campus comprising several buildings and complex building services (including ventilation, water treatment, heating systems, heat pumps, sewage treatment plants and photovoltaic systems)
  • You will ensure the smooth operation of all technical systems and continuously develop them further
  • Regular site inspections, as well as safety and functional checks, and the identification of optimisation and maintenance requirements
  • Management and coordination of external service providers and specialist firms for maintenance, repair, construction and refurbishment work
  • Independent analysis and resolution of technical faults
  • You will carry out minor repair and maintenance work yourself and act as the main point of contact for technical queries within the company
  • You will take responsibility for smaller projects and play an active role in the further development of processes and standards in facility management

That's You

  • You have completed technical training, ideally in HVAC, plumbing or a comparable field (e.g. master craftsman, technician)
  • You have several years’ experience in facility management, building management or technical property maintenance
  • You have a sound understanding of building services engineering and can communicate with specialist contractors on an equal footing
  • You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and are happy to take on responsibility
  • You combine a hands-on approach with a strategic overview – you get stuck in whilst also providing direction
  • You are able to manage several tasks simultaneously and prioritise them effectively
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative is required
  • You have basic digital skills (MS Office) as well as a good command of German (C2) and English (A2)
