That's The Job

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:
  • Supporting employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, references, and other certificates
  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Supporting and taking on personnel planning and organizational issues
  • Contact person for labor law issues in day-to-day business
HR projects & further development:
  • Taking on and collaborating on HR projects (e.g., performance management, benefits, HR tools, or process optimization)
  • Further development of existing HR structures and standards
  • Taking on and supporting HR reporting, compensation issues, or organizational changes
  • Proactive involvement in shaping modern, service-oriented HR work

That's You

You are passionate about HR and want to help shape HR both operationally and in terms of development.  – Ideally, you will have:
  • Several years of experience in HR (e.g., HR generalist, HR advisor, HR operations, HR business partner)
  • Experience in administrative HR work throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Initial experience in HR projects or process improvements
  • Good knowledge of labor law and a desire to develop your professional skills
  • A structured, solution-oriented approach to work with a high degree of initiative
  • Enthusiasm for process optimization and efficient workflows
  • Experience with common HR software, ideally with Personio
  • Strong language skills – German (C1) and English (B2) in written and spoken form. It is important to be able to communicate confidently in both languages – in written and spoken form
